We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic, always making an effort to help. The breakfast was excellent with fresh juice and a delicious spread. The shared kitchen and communal area on each floor was a bonus. The location was very close to the metro station and only a short walk to the center.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is very close to the metro station. there is a highly recommended fish restaurant nearby, perfect for seafood lovers like me. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, including bread, yogurt, and delicious muesli. The view from my room was also lovely, adding to the overall pleasant experience.
It would have been better if the hotel had provided an elevator for easier access to the higher floors.

My recent stay at Intendente 1865 Bed & Breakfast was good. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a functioning air conditioner and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was conveniently close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The instructions for check-in were clear, ensuring a smooth arrival. Despite some minor inconveniences mentioned in the reviews, such as thin walls and common areas that needed improvement, I didn't encounter any significant issues. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in a great location.

I had such a great time at this hotel! the location was fantastic - it was tucked away in a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle, but still just a short walk from the city center. Secondly, the prices were incredibly affordable for what you get. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms on the first floor, each with a small balcony. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
No major issues, everything was fine.
